Infection RX is a medical practice in Miami that focuses on Internal Medicine and Infection Disease. They had never had a website and were trying to understand the benefits considering their average demographic was older in age. We focused on creating numerous avenues where patients could come in and change, cancel, or even confirm their appointments.
By doing so the phone calls to the office were reduced drastically, and the overall workflow became more efficient. The forms were distributed internally as needed to their respective departments to streamline the process. We facilitated the name creation and assisted in setting up the hosting and the custom backend for their website.
